This page is the single, standardized place to delete data that Honest Codes processes for every connected provider — Google (Gmail / Google Workspace), Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365), and Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Facebook). It applies to the business administrators who connect those accounts and to the conversation data that flows through the connected channels.
Honest Codes is a tenant-facing customer-communication assistant. Connected-account data is shown only to the authorized administrators of the tenant that connected the account. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
Deletion has the same three standard steps for every provider: (1) disconnect inside Honest Codes, (2) revoke Honest Codes from that provider's own dashboard, and (3) request deletion of stored data from Honest Codes. Provider-specific detail is on the dedicated pages: Google data, Microsoft data, and Meta data.
2Google — Gmail / Google Workspace
- Disconnect inside Honest Codes: admin → Email workspace → Disconnect the Gmail / Google Workspace mailbox.
- Revoke from Google: remove Honest Codes at Google Account permissions.

3Microsoft — Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Disconnect inside Honest Codes: admin → Email workspace → Disconnect the Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox.
- Revoke from Microsoft: remove Honest Codes at Microsoft account app permissions (or My Apps for work/school accounts).

4Meta — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook
- Disconnect inside Honest Codes: admin → Channels → Messaging → Disconnect the Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook channel.
- Revoke from Meta: Facebook / Instagram via Business integrations; WhatsApp Business via Meta Business Settings → WhatsApp accounts → Apps.

5Request deletion of your data
To request deletion of data Honest Codes holds for any connected account, email admin@honest.codes from an address that can be verified as an authorized administrator of the tenant. Include the connected account (for example the mailbox address, Instagram username, WhatsApp display number, or Facebook Page name) so we can identify the records. Do not send access tokens, passwords, or other secrets.
We confirm each request, identify the affected data categories, and communicate the request status through the contact method associated with the request. Deletion is not executed automatically; it is operator-reviewed to prevent accidental or unauthorized removal.
6What may be retained
After deletion, limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, billing, abuse-investigation, and audit records may remain where reasonably necessary. Those records are access-controlled and are not used to re-establish the connection, advertise to users, sell data, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
