1Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Honest Codes. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2Service description

Honest Codes is a Business OS and unified inbox for customer communications. It may provide AI-assisted communications, approvals, reports, customer memory, and workflow features.

3Accounts and tenant administration

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing their users, roles, channel connections, and configuration.

4Acceptable use

You may not use Honest Codes to:

  • Break the law or violate the rights of others.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable rules.
  • Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Misuse connected provider accounts or credentials.

5Connected services

You may connect services such as Gmail or Google Workspace, Outlook, webchat, Telegram, and future channels. You must have authority to connect each account. Third-party provider terms and policies also apply to your use of those services.

6AI-assisted features

AI-generated drafts, summaries, classifications, and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong. You and your tenant are responsible for reviewing and approving messages and actions. Honest Codes does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

7Messaging and outbound actions

Honest Codes may help send messages only when configured and authorized. You are responsible for message content, recipient consent, and compliance with applicable laws and provider rules.

8Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including Google user data.

9Security

You are responsible for protecting credentials and account access, using appropriate access controls, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

10Fees and subscriptions

Paid features may be governed by separate order forms, subscription terms, or pricing terms presented when you purchase or activate them.

11Intellectual property

Honest Codes and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, branding, and related materials. You retain your rights in the data and content you provide.

12Beta and staging features

Some features may be beta, incomplete, or staging-only. They may change, be unavailable, or contain errors.

13Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Honest Codes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

15Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service or others.

16Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
